At Avadhoot Journey Private Limited, your spiritual journey matters deeply to us. While we strive to offer smooth, memorable experiences across our religious tours and packages, we also understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve designed a clear and fair refund policy to support you when you need flexibility.


1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds based on how far in advance you cancel your booking:

  • 100% Refund – Cancel at least 2 days (48+ hours) before the scheduled tour date.

  • 60% Refund – Cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the tour.

  • No Refund – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, simply contact us through one of the following:

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is approved:

  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Digital Services Only

All our offerings are digital services—there are no physical goods involved. Therefore, no return or shipment is required. This refund policy is exclusively applicable to our online bookings and services.


5. No Exceptions

We follow a transparent and consistent refund policy. No exceptions, special cases, or additional conditions apply outside of the refund windows mentioned above.
